Great location near transportation and local attractions, comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. Helpful and friendly staff provided local maps. The restaurant had great food and drink with friendly waiters. Perfect for those who love beer as it is within walking distance to a local brewery.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location was just perfect. It was really close to the train station and only a short walk to the charming downtown. The service was impeccable too, with the staff being extremely attentive and helpful. The modern-looking reception desk was manned 24/7 and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including in-room breakfast and individual air conditioning. I loved the parquet floor, soundproofed rooms, and modern furniture. The garden area was a nice touch too, and I enjoyed spending time on the public terrace.

Convenient location, within walking distance to the train station and the city center. Friendly and helpful staff, except for one person. Adequate rooms with necessary amenities. The hotel was able to retrieve and hold onto a lost item.
Noisy rooms, making it difficult to sleep with the windows open due to passing traffic/trains. Temperature regulation controlled by the hotel, resulting in warm rooms and discomfort during sleep.

The hotel's proximity to the train station and the town center makes it an ideal location for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with modern facilities. The breakfast is excellent with a good variety of food. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant offers delicious meals.
The hotel's setup in the reception area is a bit odd and could be confusing for some guests.

Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We loved the charming atmosphere of the adjoining restaurant and enjoyed a delicious vegetarian dish. Great location close to Mirabell garden and easy access to public transportation. I give it a thumbs up.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Mirabel Palace. The room was spacious and clean, and we were able to check in early. Breakfast and evening meals were enjoyable, and the staff were particularly friendly. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage after check-out.
